OUR LOCAL ROOTS & PHILOSOPHY
Why Standard Pest Control Fails in Victorian Walthamstow
Walthamstow’s housing stock is unique. Hundreds of Victorian and Edwardian terraces, converted flats above retail units along Hoe Street and High Street, and older drainage networks provide covert highways for rodents and insects.
National franchises often send contractors who drop standard poison bait boxes and walk away. That does not solve the problem — rats return within weeks because the underlying entry points in party walls, airbricks, or redundant drain gullies remain open.
"Our rule is simple: we don't just eliminate the active colony; we find how they got in and seal it permanently so you never have to call us back."
